After that, you should observe bed rest and take a large amount of liquid, preferably alkaline mineral water without gas.
Symptomatic therapy is also carried out - taking antiemetic drugs, antispasmodics.
Do not use painkillers, anti-diarrheal drugs! This may hide the clinical picture of life-threatening disorders and make further state worse.
In case of deterioration of the condition, it is necessary to urgently call an ambulance crew or go to a medical institution!
How not to poison edible mushrooms
In order to avoid all the above troubles, it is better to abandon the use of mushrooms that grew in unfavorable areas. It should be remembered that it is undesirable to collect mushrooms near:
- railway tracks;
- near industrial enterprises;
- in the city, where there is always a huge amount of exhaust gases, and, therefore, lead compounds.
Never buy mushrooms from strangers, especially in the case of violation of the integrity of the cap or leg, as it is in this mushroom litter can get a piece of pale toadstool or mushroom.
Also be aware of the culinary processing. Mushrooms are best soaked before salting (change water every three hours for three days). Heat treatment should be carried out for at least thirty minutes.
